  • Ability to work from the Boston office at least three days a week.

  • Ability to investigate issues methodically under pressure and keep stakeholders informed.

  • Customer-centric approach, recognizing the impact of escalations on frontline workers.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize competing urgent tasks, raising risks early.
Responsibilities
  • Own technical escalations from handoff out of first-line support through resolution, keeping tickets moving and customers informed within service-level agreements.
  • Assess issue severity and impact, ensuring critical incidents receive appropriate responses and other issues are prioritized proportionately.
  • Lead communications during live incidents, providing Support, Customer Success, and internal stakeholders with accurate updates.

  • Write root-cause reports that clearly explain issues to customers and provide engineering with actionable details.
  • Partner with the rapid-response engineering team by providing reproduction steps, logs, affected accounts, and a hypothesis rather than simply forwarding tickets.
  • Create actionable bug tickets and represent customer impact in prioritization discussions.
  • Verify fixes before they reach customers and confirm afterwards that the issue is resolved.
  • Feed recurring failure patterns into product and engineering planning, including fixes that are not already on the roadmap.
  • Build diagnostic tools, scripts, dashboards, and runbooks that help Product Support resolve issues independently.
  • Upskill Product Support Specialists through documentation, walkthroughs, and pairing on live issues, and transfer knowledge about automated or documented processes.
  • Improve alerting and monitoring to identify problems before customers report them.
  • Identify product observability gaps and advocate for logging, error handling, and administrative controls that make future issues easier to diagnose.
Desired Qualifications
  • Professional code-writing experience in any language.
  • Ability to read code well enough to develop a hypothesis about where a problem is occurring.
  • Experience debugging mobile apps, push notifications, or offline synchronization.
  • Experience with single sign-on, Security Assertion Markup Language, System for Cross-domain Identity Management, or human-resources system integrations.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and observability tooling, including logs and traces.
  • Experience participating in an on-call rota or writing post-incident reviews.
  • Experience using artificial-intelligence tools to speed up investigations, summarize tickets, or search documentation.
  • Familiarity with internal communications or intranet tools.
  • Experience working in an international team and sharing asynchronous updates.
  • French, German, or Spanish language ability.

October 19, 2026 Papa Johns partners with employee experience platform Blink to transform frontline communication and digital engagement for restaurant team members International pizza delivery giant Papa Johns selects employee experience platform Blink to modernise communication and engagement across its frontline restaurant workforce. The enterprise technology partnership connects 1,300 employees across Middle East operations through a single mobile-first platform, equipping restaurant team members with digital tools, real-time workplace communications and operational updates. As the global hospitality sector faces ongoing talent retention challenges, investing in frontline digital infrastructure remains a vital component of the business strategy for Papa Johns. Key facts: * Papa Johns franchisee PJP Investments Group partners with Blink to deploy a mobile employee experience platform. * The digital super-app connects 1,300 non-desk restaurant workers across Middle East operations. * Chief People Officer Melitsa Mizrahi leads the HR initiative to make "people-first" a frontline reality. * The application centralises shift schedules, peer recognition, corporate updates and two-way worker feedback. * Tapan Vaidya, Chief Executive Officer of PJP Investments Group, leads regional growth across international restaurant markets. Transforming the frontline employee experience. The partnership focuses on connecting non-desk restaurant workers who historically lack direct digital channels to corporate communications, training resources and peer recognition. By deploying the Blink super-app across corporate and franchise restaurant locations, Papa Johns enables store teams to access shift schedules, internal announcements and workplace recognition tools directly from their personal mobile devices. Melitsa Mizrahi, Chief People Officer at Papa Johns franchisee PJP Investments Group, emphasises that the digital initiative aligns with the overarching commitment of the organisation to cultivate an inclusive, worker-centric corporate culture. Taking to a popular professional networking platform to share her enthusiasm regarding the joint enterprise project, she highlights the collaborative drive behind the rollout. "Super proud and excited to bring this vision to life together with Blink - Employee Experience Platform!" says Melitsa. "Let's make 'people-first' a reality at the frontline!" adds Melitsa. "Super proud and excited to bring this vision to life together with Blink - Employee Experience Platform! Let's make 'people-first' a reality at the frontline!" Melitsa Mizrahi, Chief People Officer, Papa Johns (PJP Investments Group) Driving operational excellence through digital inclusion. In high-volume quick-service restaurant operations, traditional top-down communication often fails to reach hourly workers effectively. Store managers frequently spend valuable hours relaying administrative updates manually rather than focusing on team coaching and customer service. Deploying a dedicated employee engagement application centralises operational news, enabling workers to receive real-time push notifications directly on their smartphones. Beyond basic communication, the Blink platform supports real-time peer recognition through tools like Blink Kudos and interactive social feeds. Recognising exceptional performance on the restaurant floor boosts workplace morale and reduces voluntary staff turnover across competitive hospitality markets. Furthermore, providing digital access to training materials and operational guidelines ensures that store teams maintain consistent food preparation standards and hospitality quality across all franchise territories. Digital inclusion also plays a crucial role in strengthening workplace safety and operational compliance. When store teams receive instant alerts regarding inventory updates, health and safety guidelines or promotional campaigns, daily execution becomes far more efficient. Eliminating communication silos across distributed franchise networks ensures that corporate leadership remains closely connected to store-level teams. Navigating talent retention in quick-service dining. The global restaurant industry faces continuous competition for reliable frontline talent. Reducing turnover and building internal leadership pipelines represent primary objectives for hospitality human resources departments. By offering modern digital tools and transparent communication channels, the people function enables store managers to cultivate supportive working environments that encourage long-term career progression. Attracting digital-native workers requires consumer-grade technology in the workplace. Frontline employees expect mobile applications that match the intuitive user experience of personal social media and messaging platforms. The Blink super-app provides store teams with an accessible hub where they can view schedules, swap shifts with colleagues and participate in company-wide discussions. Implementing intuitive digital solutions demonstrates a tangible commitment to employee wellbeing and operational empowerment. As frontline workers gain a stronger voice within the business, engagement levels rise, leading directly to improved customer hospitality and enhanced brand loyalty. Building a resilient workplace culture for the future. Looking ahead, the collaboration between Papa Johns and Blink underlines a strategic investment in human capital and workplace innovation. Equipping non-desk employees with modern engagement technology positions the enterprise to build a resilient, future-ready workforce across its global restaurant network. As Papa Johns continues to scale its international footprint and refine store operations, its frontline team members remain its most critical competitive asset. With a dedicated platform uniting its workforce, the business stands ready to enhance employee engagement, streamline store communications and deliver exceptional customer experiences across all markets. Key business partners: Blink: Sean Nolan, Chief Executive Officer, leads Blink from its corporate headquarters in London, United Kingdom. The employee experience platform provider collaborates with Papa Johns to supply mobile-first communication, AI task management and engagement tools for 1,300 frontline workers. This technological integration enables store teams to access company news, training materials and peer recognition tools directly from their mobile devices. Workday: Aneel Bhusri, Chief Executive Officer, directs Workday from its corporate headquarters in Pleasanton, California. The enterprise cloud software vendor partners with Papa Johns to supply unified human capital management and workforce planning solutions. Papa Johns (PJP Investments Group) puts people at the centre of growth with Blink partnership.

Papa Johns (PJP Investments Group) puts people at the centre of growth with Blink partnership. By Karren on October 13, 2026 Tech Partnership with Blink gives every frontline employee a more holistic digital connection experience to the business for the first time. Papa Johns (PJP Investments Group), which operates Papa Johns restaurants across the UAE, KSA, and Jordan, has partnered with Blink, the universal AI platform for frontline work, to bring a mobile-first digital experience to its 1,300-strong workforce. The partnership reflects PJP's view that connecting frontline teams to the business is central to how it grows. With approximately 93% of PJP's employees spread across restaurant operations in different countries, communication has traditionally relied on manager cascades, shared systems, and informal channels, making it difficult to consistently reach every team member. With Blink, every colleague, regardless of role, location, or access to corporate systems, will have a mobile-first digital home for communications, recognition, and future services through one super-app. The investment forms part of a larger vision led by PJP's People team to modernize employee experience and create a stronger, more consistent culture across its growing workforce. In an industry often defined by speed and scale, PJP has been pioneering people-centricity as a growth strategy rather than a side initiative, a philosophy already recognized with a Gold Stevie Award for Employer of the Year in Food & Beverage. Blink extends that same commitment into the everyday digital experience of every colleague. "Our people are at the heart of our business, and we believe that when you take care of your people, you create better experiences for your customers," said Melitsa Mizrahi, Chief People Officer at PJP Investments Group. "Pioneering people-centricity in a fast-paced QSR world isn't a slogan for us. It's a daily practice across how we develop, recognize, and connect with our teams. With 93% of our workforce working in restaurants, we wanted more than a communications tool. We needed a digital foundation that could connect every colleague directly to the business and scale with us as we grow. Blink gives us that foundation, bringing communication and all our future employee services together in one place." With more than 70% of its workforce made up of Millennials and Gen Z employees, PJP sought a modern digital experience that reflects how its people communicate, access information, and stay connected across shifts. Blink's mobile-first platform will give every employee a direct connection to the business, helping foster engagement, recognition, and a stronger sense of belonging across markets. As PJP continues to expand across the region, Blink will serve as a centralized hub for the employee experience, providing access to learning resources, company policies, operational updates, marketing campaigns, recognition programs, and other workforce tools through a single destination. Tailored by country, location, and role level, the platform will ensure employees receive relevant, personalized content while reinforcing a consistent culture across the organization. Sean Nolan, CEO and co-founder at Blink, said: "Papa Johns is investing in the digital infrastructure needed to support its frontline workforce at scale. We're proud to welcome PJP alongside leading QSR brands."

October 6, 2026 at 9:13 a.m. With new AI-powered Task Builder and Workforce Insights, frontline teams can create, complete, and track work in the same app they use for news, chat, and pay. BOSTON - Blink, the universal AI platform for frontline work, today announced major advancements to Task Management, including AI-powered task creation and workforce insights. Generally available since September, Task Management joins frontline communication and execution in one app. The new capabilities were built with major retailers to help multi-site organizations turn headquarters priorities into visible, verifiable action. Companies have invested heavily in workforce management systems, but execution still breaks down at the frontline. Tasks live across paper checklists, WhatsApp groups, and back-office tools that frontline teams rarely open. Managers end up chasing updates, and leaders often learn something was missed when it's too late. "Communication is only valuable when it helps people act," said Sean Nolan, CEO and founder of Blink. "Frontline execution isn't a workflow problem, it's an adoption problem. Task Management brings information and action together, giving teams a clear view of what matters and exactly what needs to happen." What's new? Task Builder. Managers can now build tasks and checklists by describing what they need in plain language. Task Builder turns a simple prompt into a ready-to-assign task, so rolling out a new routine takes minutes, not hours. Workforce Insights. Task Management is now part of Blink's Workforce Insights engine, so leaders can build tailored insights on task completion and see exactly where to step in. Built on a proven foundation Corporate and local teams can create recurring or one-off tasks with step-by-step guidance, assign them by role, location, and shift, and reuse templates across every site. Other systems can create tasks through the Blink Task API. Employees can complete tasks on their phone, add photo evidence, and sign off digitally, even offline or on shared devices. Managers see what's done and overdue in the task planner, get flagged when work slips, and can use Blink's AI agents to assign work or check status in chat. "Most task tools were designed for people working at a desk," said Laura Howard, VP of product at Blink. "We built Task Management around the reality of frontline work. That means a mobile-first experience, offline access, recurring routines, clear guidance, and visibility for managers across distributed teams." Built for the routines that keep sites running Common use cases include opening and closing procedures, health and safety checks, food safety routines, merchandising rollouts, and shift handovers across retail, quick-service restaurants, and hospitality. Planned further enhancements include AI validation of photo evidence, automated escalation of overdue work, safety and incident reporting, and a shift control center. Availability Task Management is available to all Blink customers as a paid add-on. Organizations can learn more or book a demo at www.joinblink.com/features/task-management Blink will be showcasing the new capabilities at Workday Rising next week in Vegas. About Blink Blink is the universal AI platform for frontline work that connects people, systems, and culture in one super-app. It bridges the digital divide between deskless and desk-based workers, supercharging employee communication and engagement at industry-leading companies like Shake Shack, JD Sports and easyJet. Blink is one of the top-rated Employee Communications Applications on Gartner Peer Insights and a Leader in the G2 Grid for Best Employee Engagement Software. Learn more at joinblink.com.

Blink launches Untapped, returning booking control and revenue to fitness studios.

Blink launches Untapped, returning booking control and revenue to fitness studios. June 9, 2026 Untapped allows studios to sell last-minute, discounted spots on their own branded page, keeping the customer relationship and the full class dollar in-house. Blink, a longtime fitness and wellness industry services provider, has launched Untapped, a platform designed to help independent fitness and wellness studios monetize unsold class inventory while maintaining ownership of customer relationships and revenue. The platform enables studios to list discounted last-minute class spots through a branded booking experience, allowing operators to set their own pricing, inventory controls and customer rules. Unlike third-party aggregation platforms, Untapped does not take a share of booking revenue, enabling studios to retain 100% of sales generated through the platform. The launch builds on Blink's two decades of experience serving independent fitness and wellness businesses, including operators such as Rostudios, Yoga Joint, Title Boxing Club, Power Life and Urban Waxx. "Studios have always had a discovery problem and a control problem, and they've only been able to solve one of them at a time," said Joseph Wheeler, principal at Blink. "Untapped lets operators keep the reach of the aggregators while taking back the booking, the pricing and the member." Studios using Untapped can determine which classes appear on the platform, how many spots to release, member booking limits and same-day visibility windows. The platform also includes capacity-based pricing, allowing discounts to adjust automatically based on remaining inventory while preserving safeguards around full-price demand. Untapped integrates with Mariana Tek, ClubReady and Mindbody, three of the most widely used boutique fitness management platforms. The company has also introduced Untapped AI, an analytics-driven recommendation engine that analyzes historical attendance patterns to suggest when studios should release inventory and at what price points. Another feature, Return Lane, is designed to help operators convert marketplace users into direct customers. The tool allows studios to identify members who first discovered the business through ClassPass and invite them to book future visits directly through the studio's own channel. Operators retain control over participation and ongoing communication with those consumers. The platform supports a broad range of boutique fitness and wellness concepts, including Pilates, yoga, barre, HIIT, boxing and specialty wellness studios. Untapped is available at no cost to operators and does not charge per-booking fees or revenue-sharing commissions.
