Responsibilities
Clean assigned guest rooms for check-in.
Service occupied guest rooms.
Respond to guest requests throughout the workday.
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and properly care for the assigned uniform.
Review daily assignment lists and plan tasks for maximum efficiency.
Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned duties.
Ensure housekeeping supply bags, cleaning caddies, vacuums, and lockers are properly stocked, organized, and in good working order at the beginning and end of each shift.
Execute the four essential steps of room turnover: stripping, cleaning, stocking, and formatting.
Perform room-turn tasks consistently to established quality and time standards.
Notify the Houseman on duty when shortages or deficiencies in supplies or room resources impact housekeeping operations.
Identify issues requiring management attention and promptly notify the Manager on Duty.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

The Housekeeper at Summit Resort is responsible for three primary functions:
Cleaning assigned guest rooms for check-in
Servicing occupied guest rooms
Responding to guest requests as they arise throughout the workday.
