Responsibilities
Lead the study team as a Principal or Sub-Investigator, ensuring trials are conducted safely and according to protocol.
Conduct clinical intake interviews to determine potential study participants’ medical eligibility.
Educate potential participants about diseases and the benefits of clinical trial participation.
Manage study participant safety and respond appropriately to adverse events in a timely manner.
Perform cerebrospinal fluid collection (lumbar puncture) in diagnostic and therapeutic studies.
Provide medical leadership to psychologists and study coordinators.

Clinical research experience is preferred, but not required.
Salary Range: 300000 to 350000 (Currency: USD) (Pay period: per-year-salary)

Irvine Clinical Research is hiring a Neurologist who will serve as a Principal Investigator. The physician will oversee Phase 1, 2, and 3 clinical trials of some of the most promising drugs under investigation in memory disorders and other neurological conditions. This includes next-generation disease-modifying anti-amyloid therapies in the same class as donanemab and lecanemab, anti-tau agents, and novel therapies like antisense oligonucleotides (ASOs).
