Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality, member-ready analytic deliverables to support members and revenue generation.
  • Identify and assist with issue resolution, troubleshoot data and tool issues, and escalate them to the Manager for resolution.
  • Assist the Manager in identifying gaps in member solutions across sourcing/contracting, technology, and analytics.
  • Adhere to data standards and governance guidelines.
  • Follow Member Operation Plans that outline report-creation requirements.
  • Maintain an understanding of revenue-driving and value-added products and services offered to members.
  • Understand data flow, review large data sets, and address cleanup issues such as unit-of-measure data.
  • Conduct routine analytics to demonstrate the value of Premier contracts and drive contract penetration.
  • Develop expertise in Supply Chain ITS tools, including collecting, uploading, managing, and manipulating related data.
  • Respond to issues quickly and correctly and ensure they are resolved or escalated to the Manager.
  • Support Member Value Enablement goals to help Premier members realize supply chain and clinical improvement potential and optimize the value of the GPO, clinical tools, and services.
  • Support the evolving analytics model by providing insights about data, optimization, performance, and technology.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams across business-unit regional operations teams as requested.
  • Understand the organizational structure and related product offerings.
  • Understand how supply chain collaboratives work, including their rules and member and contract eligibility.

Approximately 600,000 amputations and 1.9 million peripheral nerve surgeries are performed annually in the US. Neuromas, which can cause chronic pain, form when severed peripheral nerves heal erratically. The allay™ Hydrogel Cap is built on technology used in over 10 million patients worldwide. The sutureless device remains in place for approximately eight months, protecting nerves during the critical neuroma formation period.
