Requirements
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience

Responsibilities
  • Keep HR data accurate and confidential by managing HR systems and records (Gusto, BambooHR, Deel)
  • Ensure team compensation and care through managing global payroll, benefits administration, 401(k), and leaves
  • Keep compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws, visas, overseeing tax registrations and filings, and supporting audits
  • Provide expert advice on HR, benefits, and compliance matters internally
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding efforts, including managing documentation and scheduling sessions
  • Liaise with external vendors and partners to manage critical HR processes
  • Keep recruiting process running smoothly by managing ATS and recruiting admin
  • Provide excellent candidate and hiring manager experience through communication
  • Manage employee recognition and swag efforts
  • Keep business running smoothly through virtual office management

  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, resume screening, phone screening, candidate communication, and ATS management (we use Ashby)
