Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered
  • Minimum of 8-years of experience in SAP Functional Consulting delivering high-impact solutions through close partnership with business stakeholders
  • Strong ERP knowledge and cross-functional understanding with hands-on experience in SAP modules such as Sales & Distribution, Inventory, Costing, Manufacturing, Planning, and Project Systems with an understanding of Financials as an advantage
  • Clear understanding of end-to-end integration architecture between S/4HANA and the broader ecosystem, including SAP products (e.g. C4C, AVC, CPQ) and critical third-party solutions (e.g., Avalara, Medius)
  • Extensive experience with complex system enhancements, and high-priority production support
  • Analytical mindset with expertise at troubleshooting historical accumulation issues and implementing long-term structural fixes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Prioritize the SAP roadmap based on business impact; prepare and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure focus on high-value initiatives
  • Convert complex business aspirations into high-quality functional specifications, ensuring the "Why" (business value) is defined before the "How" (technical configuration)
  • Directly author and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP configurations, business processes, and technical troubleshooting guides, while establishing standards for the team’s documentation output
  • Drive end-to-end change management protocols, safeguarding business continuity through rigorous UAT and formal stakeholder sign-off
  • Create test plans and test scripts
  • Lead initiatives to improve data quality
  • Work with external implementation partners and offshore resources to ensure architectural standards
  • Provide mentorship to a team of SAP specialists, fostering collaboration, and providing guidance on best practices and continuous improvement
