  • Help create programs and develop new ways to engage with and inspire our employees
  • Build programs that ensure that as we scale, our unique and intentional culture scales with us
  • Work closely with leaders and teams to help bring our internal communications strategy to life
  • Guaranteeing we prioritize open communication that motivates our employees to do their best work
  • Oversee an audit of different internal communications channels and develop new ways of delivering important news and changes that ensures employees are informed
  • Track, analyze, and report on impact, effectiveness, and responses to internal communications messaging
