Requirements
- Three to five years of experience.
- Deep knowledge of Python's standard library, data manipulation with Pandas, and professional debugging.
- Extensive experience with UiPath for UI-based automation and Power Automate for API- and cloud-based flows.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction and manipulation.
- Professional experience using Git for code tracking, branching, and team collaboration.
- Ability to apply basic architectural patterns to keep code clean and maintainable.
- Ability to articulate technical constraints clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to take ownership of a project from the initial problem statement through deployment.
Responsibilities
- Identify process bottlenecks by engaging with stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and deploy robust business process automation solutions using Python, SQL, and RPA tools.
- Build modular, reusable Python code using object-oriented programming concepts such as inheritance, polymorphism, and classes.
- Create extract, transform, and load pipelines that extract data from databases, application programming interfaces, and Excel, then push processed data to production databases using Pandas and NumPy.
- Write comprehensive unit tests using Pytest or Unittest, including parameterized tests for edge cases.
- Develop and maintain interfaces that interact with internal and external web services through HTTP requests.
- Lead the development of complex automation workflows using UiPath and Power Automate.
- Implement debugging and error-handling constructs to ensure system resilience.
- Translate business needs into structured technical requirements and documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business units to ensure project alignment.
- Use Matplotlib or similar libraries to present data insights for executive decision-making.
