2025 CiteScore released: Open Exploration journals reach new heights in academic impact. Jun. 5, 2026 683 On June 3, 2026, Elsevier officially released the 2025 CiteScore data. As one of the core metrics for measuring journal academic impact in the international academic community, the annual update of CiteScore objectively reflects the academic dissemination capability and disciplinary development level of journals in recent years. This year, a total of 5 Open Exploration journals indexed in Scopus have demonstrated outstanding performance, with multiple indicators showing upward trends. It is currently indexed in Scopus, Google Scholar, DOAJ, CAS, and other major databases, with its international academic influence steadily rising. Welcome to submit at: https://eff.aressystem.com. About the 2025 CiteScore The CiteScore metric is calculated by dividing the total citations received by all documents published in a journal over a four-year period (including research articles, review articles, conference papers, data papers, and book chapters) by the total number of such documents published during the same period. The 2025 CiteScore covers the citation window from 2022 to 2025. As an important reference for measuring journal academic impact, CiteScore provides an intuitive reflection of a journal's sustained academic contribution and literature dissemination efficiency, while also offering an objective basis for scholars to select journals for submission, track disciplinary hotspots, and evaluate the academic value of research outputs. Advancing Scholarship, Embracing the Future The achievements of Open Exploration journals in this year's CiteScore release would not have been possible without the professional support and collective efforts of the editorial board members, peer reviewers, and author community. Moving forward, Open Exploration will continue to uphold rigorous peer review mechanisms, adhere to principles of academic integrity in publishing, further optimize manuscript processing workflows, and enhance the author service experience. Open Exploration Publishing Inc. remain committed to publishing high-quality academic achievements, continuously improving its publishing standards and international academic influence. Open Exploration looks forward to collaborating with more researchers to promote the broad dissemination and sharing of academic achievements.
