  • A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
  • A Professional Engineer license with Pennsylvania licensure or eligibility to obtain Pennsylvania licensure through reciprocity.
  • Demonstrated experience managing land development projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of land development engineering and project delivery.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, supervising, or developing professionals in a project or team environment.
  • Experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, and competing priorities.
  • Ability to plan workload and coordinate resources across multiple projects.
  • Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, technical professionals, Project Managers, and organizational leadership.
  • Interest and ability to support business development and client growth in partnership with the Business Development team.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and mentor Project Managers and technical staff, supporting professional development, accountability, and team performance.
  • Provide people and operational leadership for Land Development professionals supporting the Lancaster, Lehigh Valley, and Berwyn markets.
  • Build stronger coordination across the Region 1 Land Development team by aligning staffing, workload, technical resources, and project needs across offices.
  • Provide leadership and technical oversight for complex land development projects, helping teams achieve quality, schedule, budget, and client expectations.
  • Serve as a resource to Project Managers for project strategy, technical challenges, client engagement, and delivery decisions.
  • Coordinate team workload, staffing, and resource allocation while collaborating across offices and disciplines.
  • Monitor team and project financial performance, forecasting, workload, and established operational metrics; work with Project Managers to address performance concerns and opportunities.
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships and identify opportunities to expand services.
  • Partner with the Business Development team to support proposals, pursuits, cross-selling, and client-growth initiatives.
  • Promote multidisciplinary collaboration and effective use of technical resources across the organization.
  • Reinforce quality standards, policies, and expectations.
  • Foster a team culture built around ownership, communication, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Experience managing complex or multidisciplinary land development projects.
  • Demonstrated success expanding existing client relationships or identifying new project opportunities.
  • Experience with team-level financial tracking, forecasting, workload planning, or operational performance metrics.
  • Experience developing Project Managers or emerging leaders.
