Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning systems, including designing and delivering production generative artificial intelligence and agentic artificial intelligence systems.
  • At least 4 years of enterprise commerce delivery experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, SAP Commerce, composable/MACH stacks, or equivalent adjacent enterprise platform delivery with a clear trajectory into commerce.
  • Experience designing large language model-based systems using retrieval-augmented generation, tool calling, multi-agent orchestration, and reasoning workflows.
  • Production experience with vector retrieval architectures and embedding pipelines, including semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation.
  • Experience designing artificial intelligence governance frameworks covering auditability, human-in-the-loop processes, red teaming, and compliance controls.
  • Production experience with AgentOps/LLMOps observability, tracing, and model evaluation.
  • Experience integrating commerce stacks with order management systems, product information management, digital asset management, customer relationship management, payments, and fulfilment systems.
  • Proficiency in Python, agent frameworks, vector databases, application programming interfaces and microservices, and distributed systems.
  • Cloud delivery experience on Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure, with continuous integration/continuous delivery and cloud-native architecture.
  • Demonstrated leadership of complex, multi-region enterprise programs.
Responsibilities
  • Design and document multi-agent architecture blueprints, agentic orchestration patterns, knowledge and semantic layer blueprints, artificial intelligence governance blueprints, and AgentOps/LLMOps architecture.
  • Design the knowledge architecture underpinning agent intelligence, including embedding pipelines, vector retrieval, and semantic search structured around commerce-specific intent, product relationships, and category hierarchies.
  • Architect the integration layer connecting agentic systems to enterprise commerce stacks through application programming interface gateways, event buses, and agentic protocols including MCP, A2A, ACP, and UCP.
  • Lead build-versus-buy decisions across large language model platforms, orchestration frameworks, vector stores, and agentic workbenches, and design multi-model routing strategies to avoid single-provider lock-in.
  • Embed artificial intelligence governance, observability, and guardrail design into the architecture, including audit logging, human-in-the-loop escalation, adversarial testing, and compliance controls.
  • Lead large-scale agentic commerce implementations across Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, SAP Commerce, and composable/MACH stacks in live production environments.
  • Translate agentic commerce strategy into executable platform roadmaps grounded in the client's existing commerce stack and data estate.
  • Lead architecture workshops with senior client stakeholders, presenting options with trade-offs, timelines, and business outcomes.
  • Develop total cost of ownership models, effort estimates, and phased delivery roadmaps.
  • Provide architectural leadership across distributed, multidisciplinary delivery teams spanning artificial intelligence, backend, data, cloud, and DevOps.
  • Guide the path from prototype to production by defining the architectural runway for rapid, continuous-integration/continuous-delivery-enabled scaling of agentic solutions.
  • Define and oversee the AgentOps/LLMOps framework, establishing standards for production monitoring, tracing, model evaluation, and continuous improvement across delivery teams.
  • Define key performance indicators to measure agent performance, conversion uplift, operational efficiency, and return on investment.
  • Shape Accenture Song's agentic commerce architecture standards, reference architectures, and reusable accelerators.
  • Create industry-specific points of view, demonstrations, and proposal assets for commerce pursuits.
  • Engage C-suite stakeholders and grow engineering talent within the practice.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with agentic commerce protocols including MCP, A2A, ACP, and UCP.
  • Experience with hyperscaler agentic platforms including Google Vertex AI/Agent Development Kit, Azure AI Foundry, and AWS Bedrock Agents.
  • Experience with GEO/AEO content architecture, including structuring product data for large language model discoverability.

Accenture drops LearnVantage focus, shifts $9B to cybersecurity and mid-market expansion

Accenture is shifting its growth strategy, de-emphasising LearnVantage, a learning and training business it built and promoted heavily in 2024. The company mentioned LearnVantage only once on its June 2026 earnings call, listing it amongst AI enablers rather than highlighting it as a standalone growth driver. Meanwhile, Accenture is redirecting resources toward cybersecurity, which has grown from $700 million in fiscal 2016 to $10 billion in fiscal 2025. The company is acquiring a majority stake in an operational technology security specialist, alongside two smaller firms, combining them into a platform for critical infrastructure. These assets generate $208 million in annual recurring revenue, growing at 48%. Accenture's acquisition budget for fiscal 2026 is approximately $9 billion against $73.1 billion in trailing twelve-month revenue. The company has also launched Accenture Edge, targeting mid-market companies. The stock is down 24.3% over the past year.

Accenture and 2 dividend stocks offering 5%+ yields backed by growing cash flows

Central banks in Asia and Europe are tightening policy, yet cash deposits offer limited returns. This creates opportunities for dividend-focused investors seeking reliable income streams. Three stocks from the Dividend Powerhouses screener currently offer yields above 5% with covered, growing payouts. The screener identifies 1,851 companies with compelling dividend profiles. Accenture, a global consulting and technology services firm, offers a 3.48% yield backed by strong free cash flow. The company generates revenue primarily from Products clients (US$22.3 billion), Health & Public Service (US$14.9 billion), and Financial Services (US$13.8 billion). Its market capitalisation stands at approximately US$111 billion. The firm is reshaping itself for the AI era through acquisitions and partnerships with Google Cloud and ServiceNow. Key risks include whether AI and slower IT spending will reshape consulting economics faster than Accenture can adjust.
