Responsibilities
  • Selling Watson Fuelcard services in line with company values to generate new and repeat business
  • Negotiating cost with customers independently or under the direction of the Sales Manager where necessary
  • Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients
  • Being the customer's dedicated point of contact
  • Ensuring that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that accounts are profitable
  • Managing litres and ensuring customers are drawing to full potential
  • Ensuring KPI’s are achieved
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues throughout the WFL UK Ltd business
  • Dealing with queries and exhibiting the highest standards of customer service
  • Maintaining appropriate level of product and system expertise
  • Embracing a health and safety focused culture
