- Install pre-assembled piping using prescribed preparation, installation, and brazing methods, including pressure testing, evacuation, and charging.
- Install required electrical-component labels and verify proper electrical operation of the HVAC unit after wiring.
- Clean the HVAC unit and work area, and record time per unit.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area and notify the team leader or appropriate resource about equipment, operations, material, inventory, or documentation problems.
- Perform or assist with factory operations as needed to maintain workflow and meet schedules and quality requirements.
- Maintain clean and orderly work areas and operate consistently with safety rules and requirements.
- Participate in meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems, and maintain knowledge of new developments, requirements, and policies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

As artificial intelligence and advanced computing workloads increase pressure on data center infrastructure, operators across Latin America face a growing challenge: supporting higher computing densities while maintaining thermal efficiency and managing resource consumption. ODATA, a digital infrastructure provider, in collaboration wiith Aligned Data Centers, is addressing this challenge through the deployment of DeltaFlow(TM), Aligned's proprietary liquid cooling technology, at two of its major campuses in Brazil and Mexico. The company announced that installation and testing for the first phase are underway at the SP04 campus in Brazil and QR03 in Mexico, supported by a combined investment of US$630 million. The deployment expands ODATA's cooling capabilities as demand for infrastructure supporting advanced computing applications continues to evolve. Liquid Cooling Addresses Rising Data Center Density The growth of AI and other high-performance computing workloads is increasing thermal densities within data centers, placing additional demands on conventional cooling systems. DeltaFlow(TM) was developed by Aligned in collaboration with Munters, a global provider of data center cooling solutions, to address the thermal requirements of higher-density environments. The technology operates as a secondary fluid circuit within the data hall, continuously recirculating its coolant through a closed-loop system. This approach enables thermal management for high-density computing while supporting ODATA's water conservation objectives. The company says its cooling installations are designed to operate without consuming water during cooling operations. The systems use pure, deionized water in a closed circuit, allowing the fluid to circulate continuously rather than requiring ongoing water consumption for cooling. For data center operators, this architecture connects cooling efficiency with infrastructure scalability, particularly as computing requirements increase across AI and other advanced applications. ODATA's deployment also introduces hybrid cooling capabilities. DeltaFlow(TM) is designed to integrate with Aligned's Delta Cube (Delta[3]) air-cooling system, allowing data centers to combine liquid and air cooling within the same data hall. This flexibility enables operators to accommodate different thermal requirements within a single facility, supporting infrastructure configurations that include both conventional and high-density computing environments. ODATA Extends Cooling Strategy in Brazil and Mexico The implementation builds on ODATA's earlier introduction of Aligned's Delta Cube cooling system in Latin America in October 2024. The company is now expanding its cooling portfolio through DeltaFlow(TM), positioning liquid cooling as a component of its infrastructure strategy for next-generation workloads. Ricardo Alário, CEO of ODATA, says the deployment reflects the company's approach to responding to changing infrastructure requirements across the region. Local Manufacturing Supports Regional Expansion DeltaFlow(TM) is already being manufactured at Munters' facility in Araucária, Paraná, Brazil. The production center complements existing manufacturing operations in the United States and supports ODATA's installations in Brazil and Mexico. The manufacturing footprint is also intended to support future projects in Chile and Colombia, providing a regional supply chain for the company's planned infrastructure expansion. Local production in Brazil is expected to support manufacturing employment and improve supply chain logistics, potentially enabling faster deployment of cooling systems across ODATA's regional operations. The Swedish climate solutions company cited delays in component deliveries and tariff headwinds as temporary challenges. DCT's expanded Virginia facility is now operational, though production volumes remain initially low during the ramp-up phase. The adjusted EBITA margin contracted primarily from the planned US chiller production expansion and unfavourable product mix changes. AirTech margins improved on higher volumes and cost-saving measures. Munters announced plans to potentially divest its FoodTech division to sharpen strategic focus on DCT and AirTech. The company maintained its 2026 outlook, expecting improved profitability over the coming six months.
Svenska Spel hires Katarina Borstedt to refresh corporate values. 8th July 2026 Svenska Spel has continued the reshaping of its senior leadership team by appointing Katarina Borstedt as its new Chief People and Culture Officer. Borstedt will join the Swedish gambling group in September 2026, becoming a member of the executive management team and reporting directly to President and CEO Anna Johnson. The appointment comes during a period of wider management transition at Svenska Spel. The operator is continuing its search for a new General Manager of its TUR retail division following the departure of Anna Romboli to AB Trav och Galopp (ATG), where she has taken up a senior leadership role. Borstedt joins from Munters FoodTech, where she served as Vice President of People & Culture. Her career has included senior HR and organisational development roles at Proxify, Northvolt, Ahlstrom-Munksjö and Munksjö, alongside consulting positions with PwC and Deloitte.
