Requirements
  • A solid track record in business-to-business product management.
  • Experience managing broad product areas rather than a singular, micro-scoped feature.
  • A strong conceptual understanding of application programming interfaces, data flows, and system boundaries sufficient to work effectively with engineers and external partners.
  • An adaptive approach that integrates artificial intelligence tools into daily workflows.
  • German and English language proficiency at a minimum C1 level in both languages.
  • The ability to take ownership, operate in ambiguity, create structure without an established playbook, challenge senior stakeholders with clarity and evidence, and push back when direction is unsound.
Responsibilities
  • Own the product direction for the platform and integration layer connecting products, external partners, market-specific systems, and customer workflows across Europe.
  • Create structure where ownership, priorities, and system boundaries are not fully defined, deciding which capabilities become reusable platform capabilities and which remain market-specific.
  • Lead discovery and delivery for shared workflows, reusable integration patterns, application programming interfaces, data flows, and interoperability between products.
  • Build internationalization capabilities that enable core products to scale across markets.
  • Shape initiatives that bring Avrios, Vimcar, Optimum, and Océan closer together, reducing customer friction and enabling cross-sell opportunities across the portfolio.
  • Work with Engineering, go-to-market, Sales, Customer Success, country teams, and senior leadership to align priorities and advance complex topics across products and markets.
  • Set clear priorities, define ownership boundaries, and protect the team from reactive requests while maintaining focus on long-term platform value.
  • Onboard, learn the product portfolio and stakeholders, build relationships with the team, translate learnings into a product strategy and roadmap, and deliver reusable integration and internationalization capabilities.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with software-as-a-service business models.
  • Experience with monetization strategies.
  • Experience with fleet or mobility management.
