A Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement early childhood education programs and curriculum.
Ensure programs align with educational standards and developmental goals.
Supervise and support teachers and childcare staff.
Conduct classroom observations and program evaluations.
Organize staff development and training sessions.
Monitor child development and assessment outcomes.
Collaborate with families, community organizations, and school administrators.
Ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation requirements.
Assist with enrollment, program planning, and budgeting.
Promote inclusive and developmentally appropriate learning environments.
Manage building maintenance, safety, repairs, and security.
Supervise the ordering and inventory of program supplies.
Prepare and lead staff and curriculum meetings.
Attend committee meetings and agency events, which may occur on weekends and/or evenings.
Assist in planning Center- and school-wide events.
Attend program staff meetings, in-service training, and on- and off-site professional development workshops as determined by the Early Childhood Director.
Keep the Director informed of extraordinary incidents relating to accidents, concerns about a child’s welfare, or circumstances.
Represent the center in all forums.
Desired Qualifications

SALARY $80,000-$90,000
