Requirements
  • 3-7 years of experience succeeding in a B2B SaaS sales role or something comparable
  • You’re entrepreneurial and want to be part of building a business
  • You’re ambitious, competitive, and care lots about your career
  • You’ve got a track record of exceptional performance
  • You’re intelligent and have the capacity to rapidly understand our product inside and out
  • You have good commercial intuition and the ability to build rapport, influence people & drive change
  • You’re an outstanding communicator; verbal, written, and when presenting
Responsibilities
  • Be one of the first 'quota-carriers' at the company
  • Be the engine for US revenue growth
  • Navigate complex sales cycles with leading mid-market and enterprise tech businesses
  • Build & manage the sales pipeline, close deals, and partner with the CEO on GTM strategy
  • Help to create sales processes and experiment with different messaging & outbound strategies
  • Become the best person in the company at explaining & pitching the product
  • Work more broadly across the business, helping with marketing, events, community, onboarding customers, and whatever else needs to be done
  • Network with CFOs & procurement leaders, attend events across the US
Desired Qualifications
  • If you’ve done B2B sales before, you will have consistently performed top or nearly top of your team
  • If you haven’t done B2B / SaaS sales before, you will have consistently excelled at something incredibly challenging that demonstrates your grit & perseverance
  • If you’re less experienced, our Commercial Associate role is likely a better fit
