A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
At least 1 year of overall professional experience in information technology consulting and systems development.
At least 1 year of experience developing applications using Java, Java Platform, Enterprise Edition, and Structured Query Language.
At least 1 year of systems development experience with relational database management systems.
Responsibilities
Perform hands-on coding and code profiling.
Work closely with client subject matter experts, the functional team, and management to ensure successful solution development.
Perform Java development design, development, and testing, comprising 90% of the position.
Attend client meetings to discuss system requirements, comprising 10% of the position.
Desired Qualifications
One year of experience using IBM Rational Suite for requirements management.
One year of experience using IBM Rational ClearCase for source and document versioning.
One year of experience with WebSphere Business Process Management, Process Server, or Choreographer.
One year of experience with WebLogic Application Server.
One to two years of experience in agile software development.
One to two years of experience in continuous integration.
One year of experience with Rational Team Concert and the Jazz platform.
