About the Job

Requirements

  • A degree in Law or Labor Relations.
  • Knowledge of Spanish labor law.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of work.
  • Basic Excel skills.
  • At least two years of previous experience, preferably in a legal or human resources department at a temporary employment agency or in a labor-law-focused law firm or consultancy.
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • Availability to travel for day trips.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and negotiate matters for the SMAC labor conciliation service.
  • Conduct court hearings when holding the Master's qualification for legal practice.
  • Prepare evidence for court cases, either through external counsel or internally.
  • Prepare for and defend labor inspections.
  • Assist with garnishment management and administrative tasks.
  • Handle harassment protocols.
  • Interact daily with suppliers.
  • Support clients with employment-law inquiries.
  • Support the drafting of legal submissions.
  • Support garnishment management with public entities.
  • Read and understand all types of collective bargaining agreements.
  • Obtain salary information for all professional categories.

Desired Qualifications

  • A Master's qualification for legal practice.
  • Knowledge of harassment protocols and equality plans.
