What believers are saying

  • Retirement support: Eligible employees receive employer matching through a 401(k) with both traditional and Roth contribution options.
  • Education support: The firm backs academic courses, certification preparation, tests and professional memberships, giving employees several documented development channels.
  • Practical learning: Coach Academy combines four live virtual modules, four practice labs and three individual mentor sessions.

What critics are saying

  • Contract horizons: Two published federal consulting contracts end in 2028, limiting the duration of those purchasing routes.
  • Security barrier: Its strategic-risk lead role requires active government clearance, an approved background investigation and drug testing.
  • Award contingency: The deputy-director offer depends on contract award, verified qualifications, maintained security credentials and government approval when required.

What makes Strategy Consulting Team unique

  • Federal buyers have two purchasing routes: SCT holds separate consulting contracts under woman-owned and small-business categories.
  • Coach education: Its accredited academy includes coursework required for the Associate Certified Coach credential.
  • Workforce design: Human-capital engagements pair position classification with competency assessments and planning for workforce transitions.
