PMB, a healthcare real estate developer, has completed a 75,000-square-foot medical outpatient building for Sharp Rees-Stealy in Chula Vista, California. The three-storey facility consolidates services from two existing sites, offering expanded primary, urgent, specialty and rehabilitation care. Located at Chula Vista Center Mall on H Street, the building features imaging services, laboratory facilities, a pharmacy, and multiple specialty departments including cardiology, neurology and sports medicine. A 127,000-square-foot parking structure with 375 spaces connects to the medical centre via a second-floor pedestrian bridge.
