About the job
- At least 5 years of project management experience delivering software solutions or similar web-based or digital development projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
- At least 3 years of experience managing SaaS deployments.
- Industry experience in commercial real estate, financial services, or accounting.
- Experience with project management tools such as Wrike, Microsoft Project, or Monday.com.
- Experience with customer relationship management platforms such as HubSpot.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- A track record of successful problem-solving.
- Lead multiple concurrent, full-lifecycle Pereview Software implementations from inception through completion, delivering on time, on budget, and to high quality.
- Work with commercial real estate firms seeking to use technology to automate processes and better manage enterprise data.
- Manage and execute detailed project plans across multiple engagements.
- Steward Pereview resources and client teams to drive alignment and delivery.
- Regularly communicate and manage status with internal and external stakeholders, including accomplishments, next steps, issues and risks, escalations, and budget.
- Maintain high standards of documentation, process discipline, and delivery quality.
- Manage project financials, including timesheet entry, resource forecasting, utilization analysis, and expense management.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) is preferred but not required.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) is preferred but not required.
