Responsibilities
  • Define & Own Marketing Strategy: Develop, define, and execute the overarching marketing and user acquisition strategy for Almedia, ensuring it's aligned with ambitious growth targets and business objectives.
  • Lead & Mentor High-Performing Teams: Oversee and mentor the teams responsible for paid media, influencer marketing, and other growth initiatives, fostering a culture of ownership, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive Multi-Channel Growth: Take full ownership of all marketing channels, from established platforms like Google Ads and Meta to emerging channels, ensuring optimal budget allocation, execution, and performance across all areas.
  • Pioneer New Projects: Spearhead the launch of new marketing projects from inception to completion, identifying untapped opportunities and transforming them into scalable, high-impact channels.
  • Collaborate for Business Impact: Work closely with the CEO, VP of People, and other stakeholders to translate marketing efforts into clear business outcomes, providing strategic insights that drive the company's growth.
