- Lead initiatives to expand tool adoption across the Wealth franchise, including trainings, office hours, use cases, etc.
- Partner closely with Technology within an Agile framework
- Evaluate and implement appropriate tools that can scale with increased usage and content
- Stay ahead of industry trends in business intelligence, wealth management technology, and operational enablement to ensure the firm and capabilities remain competitive.
