Requirements

At least 1–3 years of field-work experience, such as as a surveyor, collector, sales canvasser, or in similar field work.
Be accustomed to traveling around Jakarta and surrounding areas by motorbike or public transportation.
Use smartphones proficiently, including form applications such as Google Forms, a camera, and Google Maps or other navigation tools.
Communicate comfortably with prospective drivers and their families in person.
Be honest, detail-oriented, disciplined, and accustomed to working toward daily or weekly targets.
At least a senior high school or vocational high school education.

Responsibilities

Visit the homes or residences (houses or boarding houses) of prospective drivers in the Rent-to-Own program according to schedules provided by the Risk Manager or Credit Administrator.
Verify that the submitted address is accurate and that the prospective driver actually resides there.
Observe and record the condition of the residence, number of dependents, visible assets, and surrounding environment according to the assessment checklist.
Conduct structured interviews with prospective drivers and, when needed, family members, using Electrum's credit questionnaire in its application or Google Forms.
Explain questions clearly and ensure answers are honest and complete.
Investigate and clarify discrepancies between registration data and actual circumstances, such as income, employment, or other loans.
Take required photographs of the residence, surroundings, specified assets, and supporting documents according to standard operating procedures, ideally with geo-tagging or GPS when requested.
Ensure all required survey-form fields are completed, including questions, notes, photographs, and signatures when needed.
Submit survey results on the same day or within the established service-level agreement, and coordinate with the Credit Administrator if information is missing.
Represent Electrum professionally and courteously when interacting with prospective drivers and their families.
Protect personal data confidentiality and comply with the company's code of ethics and data-protection policies.
Promptly report indications of fraud, brokers, or unsafe field situations to the Risk Manager.
Attend weekly briefings or meetings with the Risk Manager and related teams to review performance, field challenges, and upcoming visit plans.
Provide field feedback about hard-to-reach areas, recurring fraud patterns, and other repeated obstacles.

Desired Qualifications

Experience in microfinance, multifinance, leasing, or field collections.
Understanding of basic credit or loan concepts.

Ringkasan Peran

Surveyor Lapangan bertanggung jawab melakukan kunjungan langsung ke rumah/kos calon driver program Rent-to-Own (RTO) Electrum. Tugas utama adalah memverifikasi data, menilai kondisi tempat tinggal dan stabilitas calon peminjam, serta mengisi formulir kuesioner kredit dengan lengkap dan akurat.

Surveyor adalah “mata dan telinga” Electrum di lapangan dan memegang peranan penting dalam membantu perusahaan mengambil keputusan kredit yang aman dan adil.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

1. Kunjungan Rumah & Verifikasi Lokasi

Mengunjungi rumah atau tempat tinggal (rumah/kos) calon driver sesuai jadwal yang diberikan oleh Risk Manager / Admin Kredit.
Memastikan alamat sesuai dengan data yang diajukan dan calon driver benar-benar tinggal di alamat tersebut.
Mengamati dan mencatat kondisi tempat tinggal, jumlah tanggungan, aset yang terlihat, dan lingkungan sekitar sesuai checklist penilaian.

2. Wawancara & Pengisian Kuesioner Kredit

Melakukan wawancara terstruktur dengan calon driver (dan bila perlu anggota keluarga) menggunakan formulir kuesioner kredit milik Electrum (di aplikasi/Google Form).
Menjelaskan pertanyaan dengan bahasa yang mudah dipahami dan memastikan jawaban yang jujur dan lengkap.
Menggali dan mengklarifikasi bila ada perbedaan antara data pendaftaran dengan kondisi sebenarnya (contoh: penghasilan, pekerjaan, pinjaman lain).

3. Dokumentasi & Kualitas Data

Mengambil foto-foto yang diwajibkan (rumah, lingkungan, aset tertentu, dan dokumen pendukung) sesuai SOP, idealnya dengan geo-tag/GPS bila diminta.
Memastikan semua kolom wajib di formulir survei terisi lengkap (pertanyaan, catatan, foto, tanda tangan bila diperlukan).
Mengirimkan hasil survei pada hari yang sama atau maksimal sesuai SLA yang ditetapkan, dan berkoordinasi dengan Admin Kredit jika ada data yang kurang.

4. Profesionalisme & Kepatuhan

Mewakili Electrum dengan sikap yang sopan, ramah, dan profesional saat berinteraksi dengan calon driver dan keluarga.
Menjaga kerahasiaan data pribadi dan mematuhi kode etik serta kebijakan perlindungan data perusahaan.
Melaporkan segera kepada Risk Manager jika menemukan indikasi fraud, calo/broker, atau situasi lapangan yang tidak aman.

5. Koordinasi & Pelaporan

Menghadiri briefing/meeting mingguan dengan Risk Manager dan tim terkait untuk review kinerja, tantangan lapangan, dan rencana kunjungan berikutnya.
Memberikan masukan dari lapangan terkait area yang sulit dijangkau, pola fraud yang sering muncul, atau kendala lain yang berulang.

Kualifikasi

Wajib:

Minimal lulusan SMA/SMK
Memiliki pengalaman kerja lapangan minimal 1–3 tahun, misalnya sebagai surveyor, kolektor, sales canvasser, atau pekerjaan lapangan sejenis.
Terbiasa bepergian di area Jakarta dan sekitarnya menggunakan motor atau transportasi umum.
Mampu menggunakan smartphone dengan baik (aplikasi formulir semacam Google Forms, kamera, Google maps/penunjuk arah).
Komunikatif, tidak sungkan berbicara dengan calon driver dan keluarga secara langsung.
Jujur, teliti, disiplin, dan terbiasa bekerja dengan target harian/mingguan.

Diutamakan:

Pengalaman di pembiayaan mikro, multifinance, leasing, atau penagihan lapangan.
Memahami konsep dasar kredit/pinjaman menjadi nilai tambah.
