Functional Systems Analyst
About the job
- Hold a relevant university degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or have equivalent experience.
- Have several years of experience in information technology, including significant project management experience.
- Have participated in projects implementing cloud-based (SaaS) solutions.
- Understand modern architectures, integrated environments, and REST APIs.
- Have experience managing and migrating data, including importing, extracting, and structuring data.
- Know information security mechanisms, including authentication, access management, and compliance.
- Understand issues related to the protection of personal information.
- Be able to document needs, constraints, risks, and solutions clearly.
- Communicate and write excellently in French.
- Plan, coordinate, and track work related to implementing the system.
- Oversee installation, configuration, and integration of the solution.
- Carry out and oversee migration of existing data to the new platform.
- Configure and manage control tables needed to classify cases.
- Establish processes for receiving, validating, opening, assigning, tracking, and closing claims.
- Manage roles and permissions to control access to system data and functions.
- Define and implement mechanisms for tracking, searching, and viewing cases.
- Create and maintain functional and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with security, confidentiality, and personal information protection requirements.
- Provide support, troubleshoot, and track incidents according to established service levels.
- Produce reports and analyses for operational and decision-making needs.
- Train users and transfer knowledge.
- Inform the project lead of incidents or obstacles and propose appropriate solutions.
- Perform other work within the scope of an information technology project manager or functional analyst.
