- A relevant university degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Several years of information-technology experience, including significant project-management experience.
- Experience participating in the implementation of cloud solutions, including software as a service solutions.
- Good understanding of modern architectures, integrated environments, and representational state transfer application programming interfaces.
- Experience managing and migrating data, including importing, extracting, and structuring data.
- Knowledge of information-security mechanisms, including authentication, access management, and compliance.
- Good understanding of issues related to personal-information protection.
- Ability to clearly document needs, constraints, risks, and solutions.
- Strong synthesis skills, methodological rigor, and customer orientation.
- Excellent communication and French writing skills.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor work related to implementing the system.
- Supervise the installation, configuration, and integration of the solution.
- Perform and oversee the migration of existing data to the new platform.
- Configure and manage the control tables required to classify case files.
- Implement processes for receiving, validating, opening, assigning, tracking, and closing claims.
- Manage roles and permissions to control access to the system's data and functionality.
- Define and implement mechanisms for tracking, searching, and consulting case files.
- Create and maintain functional and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with security, confidentiality, and personal-information-protection requirements.
- Provide support, troubleshooting, and incident follow-up according to established service levels.
- Produce reports and analyses for operational and decision-making needs.
- Train users and transfer knowledge.
- Inform the project manager of incidents or obstacles and propose appropriate solutions.
- Perform other work assigned by a project manager or an information-technology functional analyst.
