Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and hiring managers
  • Draft, post, and maintain job postings, ensuring accuracy and consistency in messaging
  • Communicate with potential candidates to provide updates, answer questions, and maintain a positive candidate experience
  • Support initial resume reviews and present recommendations to hiring managers
  • Route offer letters to the appropriate parties
  • Complete a talent acquisition project that focuses on diversity & inclusion initiatives or process improvement efforts
