It provides the professional component of care, billing for doctor time, test interpretation, and care coordination, separate from hospital fees. The organization supports medical education and research and operates across eastern Massachusetts through BIDMC and the Beth Israel Lahey Health system. Its goal is to deliver high-quality clinical care while advancing medical education and research, and to extend impact through international collaborations on emergency care and training.
