Salary: $40,000 per year + commission
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and personable Leasing Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for showing residential and/or commercial properties, assisting prospective tenants, and managing the leasing process from application to move-in. You will play a key role in creating a positive tenant experience while achieving leasing goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and tour prospective tenants through available properties.
Explain leasing terms, policies, and procedures to prospective tenants.
Process rental applications, background checks, and lease agreements.
Maintain accurate records of all prospective tenant interactions.
Follow up with prospects and ensure high occupancy rates.
Collaborate with property management to address tenant concerns and property issues.
Achieve leasing targets and contribute to overall property success.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in leasing, real estate, or customer service is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with property management software and MS Office.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $40,000 per year
