Responsibilities
  • Facilitate leadership development plans; conduct individual coaching sessions; track leadership growth and behavioral change
  • Identify baseline performance by requesting input from key stakeholders through confidential one-on-one interviews to determine success metrics and top priorities
  • Identify areas for skills development
  • Build a development plan serving as roadmap for client to identify business priorities, develop critical thinking, increase self-awareness, and build effective relationships with peers, direct reports, stakeholders and executives at PPPL
  • Explore experiences that challenge the client’s comfort level and analyze obstacles to promote growth; provide support to overcome obstacles and open the client’s awareness
  • Measure and report results with metrics related to behavioral changes, goal achievement, and business impact; include feedback collection, tracking KPIs, and ROI analysis; outcomes include improved leadership skills, confidence, stretch goals, improved influence, greater visibility, enhanced credibility and organizational awareness; completed development plan with close-out assessment report from coach
  • Coaching location is Northeastern United States (Mid-Atlantic) region near Princeton, New Jersey; work site address initially 100 Stellarator Road Princeton, NJ 08543
