What You Will Do:

Provide comprehensive support for HoYoverse’s overseas platform services, including but not limited to payment, account, game SDK, compliance, risk management, etc.
Ensure the smooth delivery and operation of services by supporting the necessary input-output requirements.
Collaborate and coordinate closely with various business stakeholders to gather, understand and prioritize feature requirements and ensure the consistent and precise delivery of features within the platform team.
Promptly address live/beta environment issues to mitigate online risks.
Assist in establishing seamless cross-team communication and operational procedures.

What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor degree or above. Previous internship experience in Tech / Internet company will be a plus.
Possess strong communication skills; able to collaborate well with the team to deliver collective results.
Understand software development iteration life cycle.
Process-oriented, structured mindest, familiar with operation procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and fluent oral Chinese to liaise with teams.
Have an optimistic problem-solving mindset, with data analytical skills, will be a plus.
