About the job

Requirements
  • Decompose ambiguous problems into testable hypotheses and clear next steps.
  • Use spreadsheets to model trade-offs and analyze data, and distinguish meaningful metrics from vanity metrics.
  • Triangulate user statements, behavior, and needs.
  • Communicate trade-offs effectively to founders, engineers, and investors.
  • Think independently, reason from first principles, and engage in open debate while being able to disagree and commit.
  • Show practical curiosity about applying AI tools to product development, including research synthesis, prototyping, and user testing.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research, user interviews, competitive analysis, and technology landscape mapping to surface insights and reframe problem spaces.
  • Work with founders to shape product direction, including features, value propositions, and roadmaps, and convert ideas into scoped, sequenced plans with clear trade-offs.
  • Prototype, test, and iterate; run experiments with real users and use evidence to decide which ideas to pursue or discontinue.
  • Coordinate with engineering and design to scope, build, and launch minimum viable products, connecting product vision with execution.
  • Work on core projects alongside experienced builders and ship products for the studio's ventures.
Desired Qualifications
  • An unconventional path into product management, such as experience as an emergency room nurse who built a triage app, doctoral study followed by a decision to build products, or founding a company and learning from its outcome.

Ex-PropertyGuru CEO's AI health startup Genie Health raises $3M seed round

Genie Health, an AI healthtech startup founded by former PropertyGuru chief executive officer Hari Krishnan, has raised $3 million in seed funding. Investors include Liminal, a Temasek-backed venture studio. The Singapore-based startup aims to use AI to personalise healthcare. Krishnan got the idea after an annual health checkup found he had high cholesterol. He drew on his family's medical history, data from wearable devices, and advice from medical professionals to understand his health. He realised that the resources and expertise he had as a chief executive officer might not be available to everyone.

Tally partners with Liminal to tackle $125B US healthcare billing market with AI

Tally, an AI-powered revenue cycle management platform for multi-site specialty healthcare providers, has announced a strategic collaboration with Liminal, a Founders' Studio. The partnership aims to address healthcare's billing challenges through Tally's agentic AI platform combined with Liminal's build capabilities. The US RCM market exceeded $125 billion in 2024 and is projected to grow at 6 to 8% annually through 2030. Median hospital operating margins now sit below 3%, whilst providers reporting denial rates above 10% jumped from 30% in 2022 to 41% in 2025. Founded by Peter van Riper and Satish Cheema, Tally executes the full billing cycle from insurance verification through payment posting. Unlike point solutions, Tally operates the entire billing workflow with agentic AI and embedded specialists, building its proprietary Payer Behavior Graph dataset.
