Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in merchandising, account management, or wholesale sales—ideally in apparel, footwear, or lifestyle brands
  • Deep understanding of how to manage complex wholesale accounts across departments, timelines, and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to own both strategy and execution across a seasonal retail calendar
  • Familiarity with department store operations and assortment planning
  • Familiarity with wholesale systems and tools (e.g., JOOR, NuOrder, Excel modeling)
Responsibilities
  • Own day-to-day management of major department store accounts—assortment planning, sell-in, PO maintenance, and in-season communication
  • Build deep cross-functional relationships internally and externally to ensure product, marketing, and operational alignment
  • Set the long-term strategic vision for non-Western wholesale expansion, identifying whitespace and new account opportunities
  • Partner with planning to forecast seasonally and set long-range planning goals
  • Provide feedback for your accounts during key product milestones to ensure we are maximizing opportunities
  • Oversee pricing and markdowns, finding creative solutions to rebalance accounts assortments while maintaining a full price business and margin goals
  • Balance big-picture growth planning with tactical execution—ensuring wholesale partners have the right product at the right time
  • Lead all pre- and post-season recaps, forecasting, and reporting for your accounts
  • Ensure that Tecovas shows up brand-right and commercially strong across all wholesale touchpoints
  • Help shape and implement scalable processes for managing growing wholesale complexity
  • Manage sample coordinator to ensure samples are available for key wholesale needs
  • Travel to market appointments and key account meetings as needed
