Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional (post-internship) working experience as a software engineer
  • Project or program management experience OR previous experience conducting technical interviews for Software Engineering hiring
  • Ability to program in a common programming language
  • Fluent, concise English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience with Generative AI/ChatGPT is a plus
  • Experience operating independently with high-output and strict deadlines
  • High-growth, quick change startup experience a plus
Responsibilities
  • Use your engineering knowledge to produce high-quality interview content, meeting provided stakeholder specifications and Karat standards
  • Author new technical interview questions in a variety of subject domains, leveraging modern technology, including generative AI
  • Complete peer reviews of content developments, ensuring all content is at a consistent standard
  • Integrate feedback and iterate on content based on performance data and feedback from the Content Corrections team
