- Make regular outbound sales calls to new and existing dealer accounts on the assigned sales area for specific online products.
- Attain set sales targets for the assigned area.
- Create and maintain an effective call plan, ensuring full coverage of the area to maximise sales and establish routine with customers.
- Enter and maintain all sales orders received onto the SAP system.
- Provide inbound telephone sales support for dealers and BDM´s. Including: Order entry and maintenance, Stock availability requests, Account information updates, including dealership and credit details, Back order clarification and maintenance, Product information, including specifications and release dates.
- Promote all sales offers and new products in order to generate sales.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with all new and existing clients in assigned areas.
- Establish and maintain a high level of product knowledge for the relevant product lines being sold.
- Maintain regular contact with Business Development Managers and share feedback on sales activity within their specified areas.
- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
- Ad-hoc projects as directed by the Sales and Support Manager.
