Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree, or at least 3 years of managerial multi-unit retail experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Previous work experience in the healthcare field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and calendars, prioritize work, communicate effectively, and keep team members informed.
  • Demonstrated ability to build teams, communicate openly, motivate and inspire team members, educate and train staff, assess talent, and promote learning.
  • Ability to use data-driven decision-making, understand operational processes, and work with computer systems.

Responsibilities
  • Model company culture, values, standards, and best operational practices based on the We Believe Behavioral Framework.
  • Use resources to obtain year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
  • Partner with the Owner Dentist to develop and implement precise, realistic, measurable individual and office goals that align with company policy.
  • Develop and implement plans for achieving monthly office goals, including team-member development and adherence to office protocols for efficient operations.
  • Monitor daily and monthly office performance, optimize team schedules and skill sets, and manage expenses to achieve the monthly budgeted net operating income.
  • Analyze collection trends and implement changes to maximize collectible revenue.
  • Implement and ensure adherence to cash-management and accounting protocols.
  • Create team focus on executing the Owner Dentist's Clinical Culture to support an effective Perfect Patient Experience.
  • Provide feedback on tactics that affect financial and patient outcomes so the broader organization can benefit.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage local marketing programs, including business-to-business marketing and community events, with support from national and regional marketing teams.
  • Ensure the office follows standards for facility cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Lead and participate in daily huddles and other required meetings.
  • Make decisions consistent with the PDS Brand framework and steward the PDS brand.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert in executing PDS processes, systems, and tools, and contribute to their improvement.
  • Drive execution of the Perfect Patient Experience and HC Handoff to gain Patients for Life.
  • Support clinical diagnosis and referrals by educating patients on the Mouth-Body Connection.
  • Perform human-resources functions, including recruitment, assessment and selection, performance reviews, disciplinary actions with people-relations support, compensation administration, transfers, and promotions.
  • Ensure team members remain current on PDS training requirements and coordinate training opportunities with regional training leadership.
  • Assess, investigate, and resolve team-member and patient issues with regional management and NSC support departments.
  • Adhere to and participate in all standards-structured meetings.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and state, federal, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
