- 5+ years relevant experience running pipeline generation campaigns
- Experience building and executing global programs with global teams and a wide range of key stakeholders
- Proven track record of defining and executing campaign strategies that deliver against funnel metrics and KPIs
- Deep understanding of CRM, marketing automation, performance marketing, and email marketing tactics and technology
- Varied background across marketing disciplines such as integrated marketing, campaigns, retention strategy, and performance marketing
- Superb organization and project management skills and the capacity to manage multiple complex projects at once; you're a master juggler and don't let it get the best of you
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to craft actionable insights from complex data
- Own the development and execution of quarterly sales campaign plans, including campaign and program creation/execution, sales/marketing alignment, sales enablement coordination, and best practice sharing
- Create, expand, and accelerate Sales opportunities through regional and account-focused marketing execution
- Partner with Demand Generation Managers on strategic campaign planning
- Work with Sales & Marketing Operations teams on account targeting strategies, list creation, target setting, campaign tracking, and reporting on campaign results
- Collaborate with Enablement team to ensure the Sales team is enabled to pitch the products & services we are focused on for each campaign
