Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Verify product being produced in the assigned work zone conforms to customer requirements.
  • Verify that team members are performing checks according to the quality checklist.
  • Conduct periodic gage and visual checks of parts being produced in work zone.
  • First line of support to team members when abnormal conditions exist.
  • Escalating issues so that appropriate resources are involved when abnormalities occur.
  • Ensure continuity of operations by filling in for team members when necessary (absenteeism, break periods, etc.).
  • Working on continuous improvement projects.
