  • Demonstrated ability to develop sources and break news.
  • Experience working in high-pressure, deadline-driven newsrooms.
  • Strong reporting and writing skills that demonstrate mastery of journalistic style and standards, including ethical and superb news judgment.
Responsibilities
  • You will cover breaking news and produce longer-form features.
  • You will collaborate with colleagues across the newsroom.
  • You will deliver clear and engaging reporting, adhering to The New York Times style guidelines and standards.
  • Demonstrate support and understanding of our value of journalistic independence and a strong commitment to our mission to seek the truth and help people understand the world.
  • You will report to a Corporate News Editor in New York.
