American running brands Brooks, Hoka, and Saucony are expanding their European presence as the region becomes a key growth market. Hoka has opened stores in Berlin, Milan, and Chamonix, France. Deckers CEO Stefano Caroti reported that Europe, Middle East, and Africa delivered robust wholesale performance and record Q2 reorders, with international direct-to-consumer generating strong revenue growth across Europe. Despite European consumers facing pressure from higher energy prices, Caroti said demand remains robust and consumers gravitate towards premium brands during challenging times. Brooks Running reported 14% revenue growth in the first half, with strong demand for its footwear, apparel, and accessories across regions and channels.
How did EMEA drive US' Brooks Running's H1 2026 growth? 14 Aug '26 Insights. * Brooks Running has posted a record Q2 2026, with year-to-date revenue rising 14 per cent on strong demand for footwear, apparel and accessories. * First-half (H1) revenue grew 9 per cent in the Americas, 39 per cent in EMEA and 10 per cent in APAC. * Trail styles surged 71 per cent in Q2, while accessories rose 29 per cent and lifestyle footwear recorded near triple-digit growth. American performance running brand Brooks Running continued its global growth momentum in the second quarter (Q2) of 2026, posting a record quarter and delivering 14 per cent year-to-date (YTD) revenue growth, supported by strong demand for footwear, apparel and accessories across markets and channels. During the first half (H1) of 2026, Brooks' revenue in the Americas increased 9 per cent year on year (YoY), while international markets recorded stronger gains. Revenue rose 39 per cent in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and 10 per cent in Asia-Pacific (APAC). The performance came amid continued expansion of the global running market, which grew 10 per cent YoY to $43 billion in 2025. Brooks in a press release said it outpaced the performance running footwear market in France, which expanded 11 per cent in Q2. The brand also retained the number-one position in Germany for adult performance running footwear priced at €90 and above, securing the top three styles in the category. In the US specialty retail footwear market, Brooks maintained its leading position for the sixth consecutive month. Fleet Feet also ranked Brooks as its number-one vendor for the 11th consecutive year, citing its performance across product, marketing, operations and sales. "Around the globe, running continues to play an increasingly important role for people prioritising health and wellness in their lives," said Dan Sheridan, chief executive officer (CEO) of Brooks Running. "At Brooks, we aim to give runners the very best product and experiences to pursue that. Our first-half results reflect that focus and the incredible work of our teams globally." Product franchises and emerging categories contributed strongly to the quarterly performance. The Adrenaline GTS franchise, which marked its 25th year, recorded 19 per cent YoY growth in Q2. Brooks also launched the Ghost 18, the latest version of one of its popular road-running shoes. Trail running was a particularly strong category, with sales of trail styles surging 71 per cent YoY during the quarter, supported by demand for Ghost Trail and the Cascadia franchise. The Cascadia range itself grew 58 per cent. Brooks also continued to expand its apparel business through its Movement and new PR Elite collections, while established Luxe and Chaser franchises remained strong contributors. Accessories revenue increased 29 per cent YoY in Q2. The company also captured five of the top 10 sports bra styles sold at Fleet Feet during the quarter. The company continued developing its lifestyle footwear category, showcasing products at Paris Fashion Week in June through its RE: Innovation Studio. The presentation included the Glycerin 12 and the new Brooks Vanguard, combining heritage-inspired designs with the company's performance technologies. Brooks said its emerging lifestyle category recorded near triple-digit growth during Q2. Fibre2Fashion News Desk (SG)

Brooks collaborates with RUNNERS HIGH to turn their Ghost Amp launch into a month long challenge. Brooks has just launched the Ghost AMP, one of its most anticipated shoes of the year. Rather than limiting the release to a traditional launch campaign, Brooks partnered with RUNNERS HIGH to transform it into a month-long running challenge designed to engage the running community. The result is the TURN IT UP challenge, a month-long running challenge taking place across Brooks Run Club communities in the UK, France and Germany. Participants are invited to complete the TURN IT UP set, a continuous 45 minute audio journey created by RUNNERS HIGH specifically for the Ghost AMP launch. The set takes runners through four distinct zones, with the music progressively developing to reflect each stage of the run. Integrated voice guidance introduces each phase and supports runners as the session unfolds, bringing music and instruction together in one continuous experience. This reflects the approach at the heart of RUNNERS HIGH: the sound a runner hears should evolve with the physical and mental journey of the run. Rather than functioning as background music, the audio becomes an active part of the session, helping runners maintain focus, follow the structure and respond to changes in intensity. TURN IT UP was developed around this principle and informed by research into music and attentional focus, auditory motor entrainment and voice guided exercise. The result is an experience in which the music leads the progression of the session, allowing the runner to focus on movement and the run itself. How runners take part 1. Join the Dare. Opt into the TURN IT UP challenge inside Brooks Run Club, free to join, and connect a running platform such as Strava, Garmin or Coros. 2. Download RUNNERS HIGH app. Download the RUNNERS HIGH app. Everyone who joins the challenge receives one month of free access. 3. Run the set. Complete the full 45-minute audio journey during a run at any point during August. Runs register through the connected platform and unlock Brooks Run Club rewards. Hundreds of new Hoka, Brooks, Vuori and other top brands just dropped at REI - but they're selling fast. Shop expert-recommended and shopper-loved running shoes, hiking boots and activewear. Updated on August 4, 2026 02:50PM EDT Confession: Today I went to REI intending to "just look" and shop for you. Instead, I found myself scrolling through hundreds of new arrivals and mentally adding about two dozen things to my own wish list. It reminded me why late summer is my absolute favorite time of year to shop, since brands are rolling out fresh fall gear, but there's still plenty of warm-weather adventure left to enjoy. Fortunately, I don't think I'm alone. Whether you're gearing up for late-summer hikes, fall running races or simply looking for an excuse to upgrade your workout gear, there are plenty of finds worth checking out - including new Hoka and Asics sneakers, Brooks' freshly launched activewear collection, Yeti bottles and more. How many times has your water bottle leaked in your gym bag, purse or all over the floor of your car? For me, it's too many times to count. The flippable cap on this Yeti is your answer to a leakproof water bottle. And the "cuff" around the lid slides one direction to lock the cap or the other to easily release it. The Hoka Clifton has long been an EatingWell editor favorite, and podiatrists we've interviewed have recommended the Clifton 10 for a wide range of foot types. Now, the newest Clifton model is available at REI, with Hoka saying it delivers the same effortless ride. You'll also find the new Clifton Pro in REI's latest arrivals. Brooks won me over with the Glycerin earlier this year, so I immediately clicked on the brand's newest Hyperion Max 4. If a fall race is on your calendar, this is one of the new arrivals I'd be eyeing. Brooks designed the Hyperion Max 4 to feel lightweight and responsive while still offering plenty of cushioning to propel you through training runs and hopefully hit a PR on race day. I've become a big fan of REI Co-op gear because it often rivals pricier outdoor brands without the premium price tag. This fleece pullover is a perfect example, with hand pockets, a zippered chest pocket and UPF 50+ sun protection - all for about half the cost of comparable styles. An earlier version of this shoe - the Novablast 5 - was recommended by a podiatrist we interviewed for people with high arches. The newest model has now arrived at REI, and like its predecessor, it's a neutral running shoe with max cushioning that may appeal to a wide range of runners. Finding a sandal you can actually be active in isn't easy. But this Teva pair is designed for trail running. Full disclosure: I probably won't be logging trail miles in them, but they could absolutely handle late-summer adventures thanks to their cushy midsole, grippy outsole and breathable mesh beneath the straps for an even more secure fit. It was the foot-resting pocket and hand-warming pouch that made me immediately click "Add to Cart" on this travel blanket. It has the potential to solve all my airplane travel woes - assuming my kids don't steal it first. And if you're a camper (bless you!), you'll appreciate that it packs down into a compact zippered pouch and weighs just over a pound, making it easy to toss into a backpack. At EatingWell, we regularly recommend Vuori workout gear, and this new tank with a built-in bra and moisture-wicking material is no exception. Available in five colors, this tank can be worn on its own right now while we're still in the heat of summer, or as a layer when the weather cools. Biker shorts are my go-to for sweaty gym sessions these days, and this line is new from one of our favorite running brands: Brooks. After their Glycerin running shoes converted me earlier this year, these "cooling" shorts definitely have my attention. And can we talk about the size of that generous zippered pocket on the back waistband? The slimmer design of this Yeti mug fits my hand better than the Rambler Stackable Mug. Sure, the MagSlider lid isn't completely leakproof, but I find it easier to use than those on many other travel mugs. And, best of all, the entire mug is dishwasher-safe. This is the kind of top I'd reach for on a crisp fall hike or for lower-impact (read: less sweaty) winter workouts. The cropped silhouette is right on trend, and the buttery-soft fabric sounds incredibly cozy. Read More:
