  • Very strong automotive technical knowledge/background, preferably with some specific Nissan/Infiniti experience.
  • Skill in effectively managing classroom and workshop environments.
  • Eight or more years of increasingly responsible administrative experience, plus two or more years of directly related professional level Human Resources or Training experience.
  • Professional Certification (e.g., paralegal, etc.) or an AA degree. Consider equivalent related college or technical courses, seminars and in-house classroom training.
  • Working knowledge of word processor, spreadsheet, other PC applications, or mainframe applications to produce non-standard, creative products.
Responsibilities
  • Instructs dealership technicians in the theory of operation, diagnosis, and repair of automotive systems used in Nissan and Infiniti vehicles.
  • Verifies their understanding of the subject matter using competency-based training.
  • Prepares classrooms, workshops, and vehicles as appropriate.
  • Maintains attendee training records in software system database.
