- Understand client preferences and organize a rapid, appropriate response to problems using tools such as the value model, client questionnaires, and problem resolution.
- Manage day-to-day delivery using the Lean methodology, including backlog management, writing clear user stories, and sprint planning.
- Work closely with the client to understand needs, facilitate decisions, and co-create solutions.
- Translate product challenges into clear requirements for the technical team using usage analysis, environmental research, and benchmarking.
- Help the team meet its commitments by anticipating risks, resolving problems, and contributing to continuous-improvement routines such as problem-solving and retrospectives.
- Professional experience in consulting or in a context with significant client exposure.
