About the company

Lynch Companies runs vehicle dealerships and commercial truck centers for individual car buyers, tradespeople, and business fleet operators. Its passenger-vehicle stores sell cars and pickups from major American manufacturers, while its truck business handles work trucks and towing and recovery equipment. Buyers choose vehicles from dealership inventory, trade in existing vehicles, and arrange financing through the sales teams. The group also earns income from replacement parts, mechanical service, and collision repairs that support customers after the original vehicle sale. Founded in 1957, Lynch Companies is headquartered in Burlington, Wisconsin.

What believers are saying

  • Hino technicians get factory instruction: Lynch sends its specialists to the manufacturer's training facility in Michigan.
  • Health-plan members avoid clinic copays: Lynch technician postings specify $0 visits through an independent clinic.
  • Sales newcomers get an entry route: Lynch's Mukwonago listing accepts applicants without automotive sales experience and includes training.

What critics are saying

  • Extra retirement money is discretionary: Lynch's technician listing ties an additional employer match to fiscal-year-end decisions.
  • Burlington serves weekend customers: Lynch's sales department opens Saturdays until 4 p.m.; service runs until 1 p.m.
  • Waterford technicians face evening schedules: the commercial repair operation runs both first and second service shifts.

What makes Lynch Companies unique

  • Lynch Truck Center controls custom builds: its own shop and paint booth handle towing-truck customization.
  • Burlington's repair operation has depth: Lynch's twenty service bays include GM World Class and Master Technicians.
  • Waterford supports heavy fabrication: Lynch's 29-bay shop has five-ton and ten-ton overhead cranes.
