About the job

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field, or a combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in organizational change management, preferably within consulting, utilities, information technology, oil and gas, or a human resources environment.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale change initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including understanding the roles and responsibilities of various team members.
  • Experience working with diverse industries and understanding different business models.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients to understand business objectives, challenges, transformation goals, and organizational impacts.
  • Apply management consulting skills, including structured problem-solving, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, executive communication, facilitation, business case awareness, and translating complex and ambiguous challenges into practical recommendations.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies and plans, including impact assessments, change readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, communications, training, adoption, and sustainment activities.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders to support alignment, engagement, and buy-in across all levels of the organization.
  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, interviews, and meetings to gather insights, manage feedback, and support decision-making.
  • Lead the implementation of change initiatives, monitor progress, identify risks or resistance, and adjust plans to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Develop training programs, materials, and knowledge-transfer resources to help employees build the skills needed to adopt new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
  • Establish metrics to measure change effectiveness, conduct post-implementation reviews, and identify lessons learned and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Provide ongoing client support to sustain change and reinforce adoption.
  • Contribute to internal practice development by sharing leading practices, enhancing change management tools and templates, and supporting the growth of organizational change capabilities across the team.
Desired Qualifications
  • A master's degree or MBA.
  • Prosci Change Management Certification or another recognized certification.
  • Formal Scrum or Agile certifications.
  • Experience in consulting, utilities, information technology, oil and gas, or a human resources environment.

Sia acquires Kaiser Associates to launch global corporate strategy and M&A business line

Sia, a global management consulting group, has acquired Kaiser Associates, a US-based strategy consulting firm, to launch a dedicated Corporate Strategy, Private Equity and M&A business line spanning the US, UK, France, Middle East and Australia. Founded in 1981, Kaiser Associates brings 65 consultants and operates from Washington, D.C., New York and London. The firm specialises in go-to-market strategy, growth assessments and market landscaping for Fortune 500 executives and private equity funds. Kaiser Associates' leadership team, including Ali Cumber, Paul Mumma and Jon Meyerholz, will join Sia as partners, with Meyerholz heading the new business line as managing partner. The acquisition expands Sia's North American presence and strengthens its position in private equity advisory.
