Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience building software.
  • Comfort working across the stack with React, Next.js, Node, and Postgres.
  • Product judgment, including the ability to form and explain opinions about user interface design.
  • Creativity and comfort working with ambiguity.
  • Genuine interest in helping education businesses thrive.
  • Willingness to work 50–60 hours per week, including some late nights and occasional weekends.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for team offsites and customer visits.
Responsibilities
  • Ship large features end to end, from design through migration and post-launch support.
  • Build agentic systems that automate back-office work for after-school businesses.
  • Make architecture decisions intended to support the product over multiple years.
  • Own a substantial, mission-critical scope of the product.
  • Participate in customer-facing work, including sitting in schools, attending industry conferences, and taking support calls.
