Responsibilities
  • Goal setting for every client engagement in their pod.
  • Directly responsible for ensuring that every one of their client’s follows best practices across all channels and mediums, in particular: LTV:CAC modeling; Customer Generation; Share of Search Engine Results Page; Functional Content.
  • Breakdown roadblocks by identifying moments of approval and supporting the strategist in earning a yes; ensure roadblocks are part of every 1x1 conversation with Strategists, and establish an action plan to eliminate roadblocks for the success of the strategy.
  • Accountability as a leader: build structure, create a cadence, support proactively, and empower the team with clear and concise communication and expectation setting.
