  • Currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field
Responsibilities
  • Develop generative AI and deep learning methods for smart home and wireless network use cases
  • Perform research for new generative AI tools and concepts such as large language model architecture, training method, data generation and automation methods
  • Integrate generative AI tools to existing data pipeline and systems
  • Brainstorm on new ideas and use cases to leverage generative AI to new services
  • Work within cross-functional, cross-divisional teams and assist in the design, analysis and performance evaluation from concept to completion
Desired Qualifications
  • Research experience with generative AI (large language models, vision-language models, agent, diffusion models, Gaussian splatting, deep reinforcement learning, imitation learning, memory constrained planning / action to action etc.) is preferred; hands-on experience with these technologies is a plus
  • Quick learner and state-of-the-art reproducer on recent agentic AI solutions
  • Passionate on generative AI and new tools from AI community
  • Solid background and deep understanding in deep learning, deep reinforcement learning, generative AI, diffusion models, variational autoencoders, Gaussian splatting
  • Proven skills and hands-on experience in the generative AI area
  • Ability to clearly define high level requirements and criteria to be used in the evaluation of general AI projects
  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills to effectively represent the derived results and technical concepts developed in the course of the work
