- At least 10 years of experience in a project or program management role.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field.
- PMP certification.
- Strong practical experience in project management gained through managing complex, technical projects.
- Experience developing and applying technical and management processes.
- Experience developing and managing projects within assigned budgets.
- Experience in strategic planning.
- Experience gathering and analyzing program information, making sound judgments concerning program progress, and communicating recommendations orally and in writing to the government.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to organize, prepare, and discuss concepts and technical issues appropriately with senior-level staff.
- Knowledge of government budgeting and resource allocation procedures.
- Ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
- U.S. citizenship.
- A current Top Secret clearance.
- Oversee and lead a team of technical staff providing support for an enterprise information technology program across multiple locations.
- Serve as the primary government point of contact, providing technical supervision and strategic direction for all contractor personnel.
- Develop project plans and schedules, manage risk, track and report performance metrics, and support and manage process improvements.
- Collaborate with the Contracting Officer's Representative and government stakeholders to monitor contract performance and support evolving mission needs.
- Provide Program Management Reviews, Monthly Status Reports, and ad hoc briefings to Abacus management and government stakeholders.
- Support the production environment by adhering to government standards and ensure the production configuration baselines of all hardware and software are maintained as prescribed by the network's production configuration baselines.
