Responsibilities
  • Consistently provide exceptional experiences to guests, residents, and partners
  • Collaborate effectively with property team members
  • Maintain a safe and compliant environment for team members and guests
  • Communicate effectively with prospective residents through various forms of written communication
  • Build strong rapport with prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process
  • Own all administrative tasks related to leasing and move-ins
  • Deliver accurate and informative on-site tours
  • Own prospect lifecycle from early communications to lease signing
  • Take ownership of current resident retention efforts
  • Share best practices with colleagues to foster continuous improvement
