Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field
  • Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA)
  • At least 5 years experience in managing customer compliance audits
  • 3 years experience running disaster recovery programs
  • Strong technical background in cloud technologies, infrastructure, security controls, resiliency, and audit methodologies
  • Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards related to information security and privacy
  • Solid understanding of compliance frameworks and their associated controls including but not limited to SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, and CSA CCM
  • Exceptional customer communication and relationship management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Deep program and project management skills
Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate all aspects of select customer security audits for largest clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to audit requests
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Implement and manage high-touch care programs for largest customers
  • Chair the Disaster Recovery Committee
  • Ensure development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive disaster recovery policies
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with Engineering and other teams to align disaster recovery plans with business objectives
  • Facilitate regular testing and simulations of disaster recovery program
  • Develop, manage, and present key metrics to senior leadership
  • Aid the CSO in cross-functional initiatives
